The PS-200 is a power supply for NEMA TS-2 cabinets that provides regulated direct current or unregulated alternating current as well as a baseline frequency. It powers the detection module, bus interface units (BIUs), load breakers and other auxiliary devices.
The PS-200 is covered by a total quality program and has been tested under extreme real-world conditions.
All NEMA TS-2 Type 1 and NEMA TS-2 Type 2 cabinets equipped with BIUs require this type of power supply.
Outlets
The PS-200 has 4 outlets:
- +12 VDC at 2 A
- +24 VDC at 2 A
- +12 VAC at 0.25 A
- Baseline frequency of 60 Hz
All three voltage outlets are protected against over-currents by fuses and against temporary surges by a 1,500-W eliminator.
