TRAFFICUP

Surely you have heard of the Stanley Cup; today, you’ll learn about the Trafficup. Similar to the famous NHL trophy, the Trafficup displays the names of the winners on its surface.

At Orange Traffic, our People Days include four days a year that are dedicated to a teambuilding activity followed by a fun activity. Although this initiative has been incorporated into our organization for a few years, we now want to celebrate the winners of these activities.

Thus, the Trafficup was inaugurated, going around the company making the pride of those who will have their names engraved on its surface. This new tradition encourages team spirit across our many departments, forging strong ties within the Orange Traffic family. In this first instance, our team members participated in the creation of a catapult using limited resources to support the challenge.

By encouraging feelings of inclusion and appreciation, the Trafficup activity accurately represents our values:

FUN — HUNGRY — SMART — HUMBLE.

We believe that communication is at the heart of great work. After all, we have received the Great Place to Work® certification.  Orange Traffic wouldn’t be what it is today without the participation of our dedicated members — thank you for being you!
